Senior Quality Manager / Quality Manager

Responsibilities:
Principle Accountabilities:
The role will:
- Lead a sizeable team of Department Quality Engineers and Supervisors for PCBA/Box Build Operation.
- Manage the process of customer complaints. Ensure root causes and identified and corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
- Initiate, implement, maintain and enhance proactive quality improvement activities to continuously improve manufacturing quality
- Provide data to support divisional changes and drive continuous process improvement.
- Proven success interacting with customers, global management and other functional areas to assure the best quality systems are in place and being adhered to.
- Direct report to Business Unit Quality Director
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering / Material Science / Quality Management
- Over 5 years managerial experience in quality engineering or product failure analysis engineering.
- Solid understanding of Control Charts, Gage R&R, DOE, FMEA and statistics knowledge.
- Team leadership skills with ability to effectively influence and motivate others.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
