In line with our pre-opening, we wish to invite qualified candidates to apply for the following positions:-

Sales Manager
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will assist in the expansion of the company’s portfolio and its brand in the Asia region and sales activities with particular emphasis on Malaysia.

Your responsibilities among others will range from servicing new and existing clients ensuring top satisfaction as well as soliciting new accounts for the company.

You will work closely with company’s hotel reservation division to ensure premier service and rates are extended to our preferred guests. Previous experience in a similar position in hotel or resort environment is essential.

Responsible for the achievement of sales targets of the designated portfolio of accounts, generate and follow on sales leads, development and implementation of sales strategies, conduct site inspection and process all reservations and lease agreements in a timely and efficient manner.

Able to plan and build on personal sales programs to achieve targets and goals.

Ability to interact with all levels of people. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in sales and marketing in a hotel/ hospitality industry and/or related fields.
• Presentable image, must possess initiative, commitment and drive.
• Independent, resourceful and able to communicate at all levels of business
• Proven track record in the Hotel sales industry and/or related fields would be an added advantage.
• Possess functional knowledge of sales and marketing. You should be well versed in software applications, preferably in travel and hospitality operating software.
• Sales oriented, driven and independent; possess excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong leadership qualities, result oriented and good interpersonal skills.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to travel as and when required both domestically and internationally.
