Development & Technical Support
(Taman Perindustrian Puchong)
Responsibilities:
- To provide technical support to the sales team. Working hand in hand with the sales team to achieve success of the company.
- To provide technical support to customers and responsible for the success of demonstrating our technical capabilities based on our product offers and solutions.
- To carry out small scale lab trial with miniature or bench equipment in order to provide convincing finished product demonstrations for customers.
- To communicate and work closely with R & D team to gain knowledge and to understand product's and application knowledge.
- To arrange and provide technical documentations, presentations & promotion materials for sales team.
- To search for relevant documents and information to support the sales team.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Biotechnology, Food Science, Food Technology or related discipline in science.
- 2+ years experience in the R & D for health food ingredients or food ingredients are preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent and capable to communicate in English, both written and oral.
- Capable to communicate in Mandarin, written skill will be a plus point.
- Possess attitudes to be self driven, desire to achieve results, hardworking and curious to learn.
- Travelling is required as part of the job function to meet up with customers, training program or whenever needed by the company.
- Sales travelling focus within Malaysia and Singapore.
- Possess own car.
