Responsibilities:
- Formulate a material plan and production plan based on the customers' forecast and demand.
- Release and ensure proper production plan schedule in order to fully utilize existing machines to their optimum capacity and track plan vs actual output.
- Prepare monthly delivery schedules and production to achieve the specified date and quantity.
- Coordinate with customer for any changes or concern on schedule.
- Handle all purchasing activities, supplier evaluations, negotiations, tendering, supplier selections, resources/purchasing planning, costs saving activities etc.
- Work closely with production on master delivery schedule and master material planning sourcing and supplier management and manage forecast demand.
- Investigate any stock wastage, review stock level in order to avoid high inventory.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Engineering (Mechanical), Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Energetic, initiative and high motivated personality.
- Good analytical and planning skill.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
