Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
(Port Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah)
Responsibilities:
- Lead product/process improvement projects.
- Define, measure and execute quality improvement projects using DMAIC methodologies.
- Lead major risk mitigation projects.
- Train/Educate employees in DMAIC methodologies and tools, mentor Green Belts, and support key initiatives.
- Identify improvement opportunities for future projects.
- Identify needs and propose recommendations to improve quality, efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage Lean Six Sigma Projects and Cost Improvement Initiatives Projects.
Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Degree, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering, Statistics, Scientific field or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience as a Black belt, Leading Six Sigma Projects and training Green Belt.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering/Scientific field - Others or equivalent.
- Excellent computer skills especially in Minitab and good communication skills.
- Knowledge in Lean Methodologies, Six Sigma & Strategic Business Process Improvement.
- Good Technical and analytical aptitude.
