FIZCO MANUFACTURING SDN BHD - Established since 2003 (Previously known as Fizco Industries (M) Sdn Bhd) in Bayan Lepas, Penang with only 6 employees in the company. The company geographical land area covers 6,886sq.ft. for production area and 880sq.ft. for build-in office area. As the operation grew aggressively, the company hired potential skilled machinist to meet customer’s demand.

In early year 2004, the company had grown to 12 employees including management staff. The company had invested over RM1,000,000.00 in machining machinery and tools to achieve market high demand in quality and customer satisfaction.

In 2005, subcontracting business had been our expertise as we learned along with our value customers from various fields of business. Our milestone had been an endeavor years with the support from our customers in doing-business and today we are not a supplier to our customers but a ‘Suppliers Partnership’.

From 2006 - 2011, our hired employees had reach 30 persons and we are continue growing. Our factory size has expand to 15,000 sq ft. Our CNC machines also increase from 6 units to 18 units.

CNC Autolathe Machinist/Supervisor
(Penang)

Responsibilities:

• Daily Production Planning
• To ensure optimal productivity and smooth operation
• To supervise and lead a team of production worker to achieve targeted output
• To run Tsugami or Hwa Cheong CNC Auto Lathe machines
• Perform autolathe machine set-up in relevant to drawings, procedures and instructions
• Achieve output targets/yield for the autolathe section
• Responsible for products quality at the autolathe section
• Perform routine machine maintenance
• Responsible for maintaining housekeeping at work areas and conforming to all safety regulations.
• Maintain and control the tools and fixtures for the section
• Maintains in good working order all necessary tooling, fixturing, and related accessories to support production requirements of the machines in the department
• Able to work shifts

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
