Print Instructor
(Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- Performs quality machine demonstration at showroom and customer site
- Conduct and work with consumable team on ink and plate testing
- Performs commissioning test report and equipment handover to customer
- Independently provides quality customer operator training as adhere to the SOP
- Performs diagnostic routine and corrective procedures to resolve operational issues
- Provides technical report to print related matter
- Provides value added advisory pertaining to color and print to customer to optimize the machine performance
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Printing Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Printing Industry
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Heidelberg Offset Equipment is an advantage
- Willing to travel
