Responsibilities:
- Your primary responsibility is to drive the growth of Nikao’s products into new strategic prospect companies and markets by opening doors and selling to top level managers, delivering the annual sales quota.
- This challenging role furthers Nikao’s penetration into building more market leading companies and demands outstanding sales and consultancy skills, combining product knowledge, marketing savvy and sales expertise with your ability to identify, influence and inspire decision makers.
- You will spend a good portion of your time in the field as the lead ambassador for Nikao, working closely with the Organizational Transformation & Training teams to deliver strategies and results for our clients while building strong direct business partnerships.
Requirements:
- At least one year of sales experience successfully opening doors and selling to senior managers and/or managing directors
- Experienced with getting appointments and working with corporate or medium-large size businesses.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills. Other languages a plus.
- Good listening and analytical skills, ability to think on the spot, consult and provide potential solutions for clients.
- Experienced with computers and Microsoft Office and/or other business suites.
- Self-directed yet team-oriented individual with strong will and creative mind to generate results.
- Exceptional rapport-building skills and ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients.
- Possess own car and valid driving license.
- Outstanding personal sales results track-record.
