Six Sigma Black Belt (Prai)

Responsibilities: To lead assigned process improvement projects using the prescribed Six Sigma methodology and facilitate teams in the application of Six Sigma and TQM tools in order to drive quality improvement and cost reduction across the respective process. Fulfill target of an annual completion of four to six projects. Provide assistance and be a resource to functional departments and business units in identifying, planning and implementing Six Sigma projects. Lead assigned teams throughout the problem solving efforts and identify barriers to the effective implementation of the Six Sigma process. Report on project status and management/project reviews through the established project tracking system,as appropriate. Communicate effectively with customers and internal personnel to eliminate any potential negative impact. Fully understand the impact to the customer of Six Sigma process improvement projects and customer requirements regarding process change. Gain and maintain commitment from team members through continual training, education and coaching. To support and assist Six Sigma Green Belts in their process improvement projects by sharing expertise to ensure successful project implementation. Ensure compliance with TQM, Six Sigma and Company approved policies and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in technical discipline or Science. At least  5 years of working experience in manufacturing environment as a Black belt and leading Six Sigma Projects. A strong computer skill with a solid understanding of all Microsoft Office application is essential. Good knowledge in Lean Methodologies, Six Sigma & Strategic Business Process Improvement. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good Communication skill and able to communicate at all level of people in the organization. Knowledge in Program management and Leadership quality will be an advantage. Highly motivated, result-oriented and independent individuals are encouraged to apply.
