Responsibilities:- Set up / change model and maintain production machines to meet output, quality, and yield targets.
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Trouble shoot molds, dies or assembly machines
Requirements:
- Certificate in Tool & Die Engineering with more than 2 years manufacturing experiences preferably with connectors manufacturing process.
- Willing to work shift
- Able to prepare/read the part drawings
- Have basic knowledge of PLC & pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge on AutoCad is an added advantage

Moulding Engineer
Johor - Senai
Responsibilities:- Provide engineering support to ongoing plastic injection molding manufacturing processes and operations.
- Drive continuous process improvement and cost reduction programs.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams for new products as well as co ordinate on mold hand-over and new mold issues.
- Undertake enhancement of existing tooling to improve machine and mold efficiency with the aim to reduce scrap cost.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for molds/dies and machines.
- Prepare and maintain the process documents as per ISO requirements.
- To initiate the Localization of items and to support purchaser for vendor development.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering with at least 3 years experience in plastic injection molding or Diploma holders with at least 5 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of mold design and tooling fabrication will be an added advantage.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams for new products as well as to co ordinate mold hand-over and new mold issues.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
