Responsibilities:
- Assit in Pre-event preparations.
- Hostessing for both public and inhouse training
- providing administrative support for workshops.
- Coordination between Speakers, delegates and venues. Negotiation of budgets with hotels.
- Able to handle customer enquiries in a professional manner and ensure all site activities are performed effectively.
- Managing actual events primarily in Asia Pacific Region.
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree holder in Business Administration or other equivalent qualifications
- Excellent in both oral and written communication skills. ( English / Malay )
- customer service and administrative oriented
- Task Oriented , independent and fast learner.
- Sound Interpersonal skill and a team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Posses your own vehicle. ( is a must )
- Able to travel overseas frequently with valid passport.
