Executive - Organizational Change & Effectiveness
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement change management initiatives impacting people due to changes in business strategies, processes, technology or organization design
- Develop and apply structured change management approaches and methodologies including the communication and stakeholder management strategy
- Identify and assess people-related risks and potential issues associated to planned changes, and develop plans to address such issues
- Act as a change catalyst and work with internal customers to promote and drive positive organization, climate and culture transformation
- Assist in the implementation of the Group's talent management framework encompassing the attraction, transitioning, development and motivation of key talents
- Assist in facilitating timely and greater adoption of the changes impacting employees to maintain or improve productivity levels
- Actively contribute to initiatives relating to employee engagement, development and organizational effectiveness
- Support other Human Capital Development teams in integrating change management activities into their initiatives
- Support the Section Head through the effective discharge of coordination and administrative tasks
- Assist in providing direct support and coaching to first line managers, supervisors and team leaders as they help their direct reports through organizational transitions
- Assist in the coordination of change management workshops and programs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2nd Class Upper Bachelor's degree with a major in Human Resource Management, Organization Development, Mass Communication, Psychology or equivalent
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in a related role
- Good appreciation on the fundamentals of HR Management and Organization Development will be an advantage
- Insightful, ability to analyze problems with a strong attention to detail, determine appropriate approaches and present creative and cost effective potential solutions
- Proficiency in developing and applying multimedia communication leveraging mediums such as interactive presentations for business, "edutainment" programs and interactive websites on the Internet will be a distinct added advantage
- Knowledge in ICT (databases, operating systems, software, local area networks etc) infrastructure, document processing and graphic designing (eg. ability to use Adobe FrameMaker, Photoshop) is preferred
- High PC literacy and proficient in using all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc)
- Effective verbal communication (in English and Bahasa Malaysia), active listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact in a consistently professional manner with all levels of individuals
- Strong writing skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed reports and executive summaries
- Pleasant personality with good social etiquette and a positive working attitude
