Human Resource And Administrative Executive
(Kuala Lumpur - Kuala Lumpur)

 

Responsibilities:

Recruitment
  • Assist in coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules
  • Assist in arranges for interviews. Prepares Letter of Offer to selected candidates and Letter of Rejection to unsuccessful candidates
  • Assist in conducts exit interview
Training
  • Assist in orientation program to new employees
  • Assist in Coordinates and liaises with external Consultants on employees' training needs and arranges training schedules for employees
  • Assist in Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees
Welfare
  • Attends to employees' grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary
  • Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.
HR Administration
  • Reviews, updates and maintains proper filing of insurance policy, HR handbook, company doctors' list, performance appraisal form and training schedules
  • Assists Accountant in planning and preparing annual headcount report and updating the organization chart
  • Assist in the reviews compensation and benefits
  • Assist in preparing agreement/contract to overseas and local staff
Human Resource Management
  • Involves in yearly manpower planning and expansion
  • Assists in drafting out Annual Letter and Promotion Letter
  • Assist in administers the HR procedures are adhered to.
  • Handles monthly payroll, EPF, SOCSO, IRB and HRDF and yearly EA and E forms for employees
  • Assist in managing and appraises subordinates' performance and their career advancement
  • Assist in preparing the proposes year-end salary increment to MD
Administration
  • To assist in departmental administration and operation handling
  • To manage departmental office maintenance and upkeep

 

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience
  • Proficient in HR matters and regulations
  • Able to communicate well with all levels of people
  • Good writing and speaking skills for both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001:2008 needed
