Our client(s), one of the established company is currently seeking for suitable candidates to fill the below position(s).

Administrator / Customer Service Suport @5days work
(Damansara Utama , Ara Damansara, PJ , KL)

Responsibilities:

Administrator

  • Performing and handling general administrative duties such as office tenancy & service agreement, updating office equipment listing, general filing and etc;
  • Assist in the coordination with building management and coordinate with service provider for internal office maintenance & equipment;
  • To provide administration support for purchasing section which include correspondence, quotation, delivery order, supplier & principal purchase order, invoice, office documents and administrative works
  • Responsible for office equipments such as fire extinguishers, photocopier machine, fixtures & fittings.
  • Responsible for office housekeeping and stationary supply
  • Perform ad hoc administrative project assigned tasks;

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration or any relevant field
  • Preferably specializing in administrative and HR support with 2-3 years relevant working experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills and Words Skills
  • Good personality, Initiative and responsible work attitude.
  • A self-starter, team player, flexible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Front Desk Processing Support / Customer Service Support
  • Attending to customers’ orders and enquiries.
  • Ability to handle complaints and build customer relationships
  • To assist and support Team Leader in carrying out the task given
  • To manage and schedule Customer Service Operations’ activities.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum SPM or at least 1-2 year(s) working experience.
  • Candidate from retail or sales background will be given advantage.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel.
  • ·Able to handle all kinds of customer with ease.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
