Our client(s), one of the established company is currently seeking for suitable candidates to fill the below position(s).

Associate, Mobile Internet & ADS @Telecommunication
(Shah Alam , Kuala Lumpur , Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing paperwork for new & existing Content Providers (application process, documentation, shortcode creation & troubleshooting process)
• To manage all invoices and settlement reports for Content Providers
• To follow up on outstanding payments via phone and email reminders on a periodic basis
• To manage credit notes & debit notes
• To produce monthly reports for transactions and revenue, and complaints
• To oversee service launch checklist – this includes service mechanics and keyword approvals
• To follow-up on termination requests / notices and ensure all outstanding payments have been collected
• To follow-up on legal addendums as and when necessary
• Support investigation enquiries from Customer Service
• Investigate and reply to enquiries from regulatory bodies such as SKMM and CMCF

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Has had some experience in managing payment processes (e.g. follow-ups & settlement)
• Has had some experience in doing “investigative” type of problem solving for products or services
• Experience in the CPA business is good to have, but not compulsory. Training will be provided
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam ,Kuala Lumpur ,Petaling Jaya.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• 10 Full-Time positions available.
