Data Profiling and Telemarketing Team- (m/f) - 0211G
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

Within the positions, duties range from:

Receiving data from the Campaign Manager and profiling the data by company or contact

Advising on data bases regarding quality and providing feedback to the Campaign Manager

Executing research against given targets

Documenting all new and amended contacts in CRM and add additional important information

Close working with the Telemarketing specialists to ensure that the right data is available

to:

Qualifying and identifying all decision makers and power sponsors

Handing over leads personally to Inside Sales

Setting up highly qualified phone / face-to-face appointments with decision makers

Providing a completed Target Account Profile for each appointment that is fixed

Attending regular team meetings and meetings with Inside Sales or Data Profiling specialists

Requirements:

• Native speaker or excellent language skills in one of the following languages: Japanese, Korean, Mandarin
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of IT sector preferably in storage / network / telecommunication
• First experience in outbound telephony or 1-2 years experience in (tele-)sales environment
• Knowledge of research methods and procedures
• Self motivated and self-organized teamplayer
