R&D Manager
(PJ)

Responsibilities:

• Initiate, study, develop and recommend through R&D activities new design and specification with optimal cost.
• Identify, develop, implement and monitor design and technical improvement in order to ensure optimum efficiency, resources, cost effectiveness contributing to the profitability of the company.
• Plan, review, manage and monitor testing data as to ensure works and services are accurate and timely and comform to standards, specifications and requirements of customers, company & ISO.

Requirements:

•  Possess a Degree/Master in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
•  At least 8-10 years of working experience in precast concrete related environment
•  Results-oriented with strong business acumen
•  Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills 
•  Good analytical, problem identification and problem solving skills
