Senior Group Accounts & Finance Manager
(Kedah - Sungai Petani)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for company's finance, accounting, tax and costing 
• Ensure the Group’s corporate compliance in regards to the requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities
• Manage all staff reporting to the position as to effectively recruit, train, evaluate, motivate, delegate and monitor their activities.
• Effectively liaise and assist other departments to establish and maintain effective working relations as a      functional support department to collectively work towards achieving the objective of the Group.
• Oversee budgetary controls, treasury management and financial planning.
• Monitor the audit and taxation for the company.
• Ensure effective treasury and fund management.
• Manage and implement any of the Company’s new projects  in a given time frame.

Requirements:

•  Degree in Accounting or Professional accounting qualification with MIA, MACPA or ACCA membership.
•  At least 8 years of working experience in the accounting, finance or audit of a manufacturing company.
•  Knowledge and understanding of current Malaysian accounting standards, MASB developments, BMSB Listing Requirements, taxation law and procedures are essential.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin, both oral and written.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
