Technical Solution Manager
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all technical support/formulate for research & development of product and enforce the service strategies for local and oversea customers such as Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Vietnam and India. Base on experience & knowledge of thermoplastic (eg. ABS PC and it’s allay and injection molding)
- Assist customers in handling technical complaints, diagnosis of problem, identification and implementation of solution are completed in a timely manner.
- To develop all product types to make better performance and reduce unit cost of product operation.
- Handle project management/ identify market trends/ customer requirement/ new business opportunities, market introduction of new.
- To produce new initiative product which can create differentiate product and generate high margin and get most benefit to company
- Identify product, application training needs of agents, customers and so on.
- Planning & controlling of annual budgets and the monitoring of performance against plans.
- Manage technical teams and development of skills of technical engineers to optimize the operation.
Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Required knowledge & skill(s): solid technical in plastics technology, Plastic Injection Molding.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Chemical or equivalent.
