Manager, Program Sales (Based in Vietnam, Hanoi)
(Vietnam - Hanoi) Responsibilities:
- Assist the Business Development Manager in conceptual planning, feasibility studies and budget estimation for the development of new business opportunities
- Achieve objectives set by the Plant Manager and/or for the Project, analyse deviations and suggest actions for improvements
- Perform cost analysis, provide support for new project evaluation and costing for enquiries from new prospects.
- Follow up on quoted projects and prepare weekly progress reports
- Responsible for the project function's budget
- Lead a team of customer service executives to manage sales orders
- Monitor and control inventory for the project and business
- Manage & control all activities within the project function
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or Diploma in related field with 5 years relevant experience
- Possess Project Management and coordination skills
- Strong leadership and excellent problem solving capabilities
- Able to speak simple Japanese
