JAWATAN KOSONG QC Technician

Sunlight Seafood Sdn Bhd is established in September 2007 located at Sri Manjung, Perak. We are currently involved in prawn farming specializing in Tiger Prawns and South American White Prawns. In line with our expansion plans, we are looking for a suitable qualified candidate for the following position:-

QC Technician
(Perak - Sri Manjung)

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Conduct QA inspections on incoming raw material.
• Ensure equipment used for QA inspections are timely calibrated and maintained appropriately
• Maintain project material traceability data base
• Responsible to establish and maintain quality systems and procedures.
• Supervising collection of sample for lab test.  

Requirements:

 

• Diploma in Science discipline , preferably in Food Technologist / Food Sciences.
• Analytical , communicative and able to lead and motivate subordinates
• Preferred 1years and above working experience as a QC in food line
•  Familiar with HACCP and ISO 22000 requirement is an added advantage
