We are a rubber products manufacturing concern and are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to fill the following position:

 

Production Executive
(Desa Cemerlang)

Responsibilities:

Report to the Managing Director and be responsible for:

directing all engineering and production activities in the plant with major emphasis on production and maintenance planning

providing technical and production leadership to the engineering and production teams to maximize productivity and efficiency

scheduling delivery commitments in a timely manner

Requirements:

A degree in engineering with proven track record in a manufacturing environment

Familiarity with PLC control systems

Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards is an advantage

Strong leadership qualities, shows good initiatives, has a strong drive for success and good understanding of customer satisfaction

Good engineering and production hands-on analytical skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
