MAE is a public listed company for more than 10 years, with offices located in major cities in Asia Pacific and Europe. We specialize in equipment design, manufacture and system integration of automated material handling solution to a large spectrum of industries such as Unit Material System, Logistic, Sorting and Warehousing Solution, Bulk Material Handling Solution and Contract Manufacturing Service. QA Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and drive to the engineers on the manufacturing process and continuous improvement to maximize performance of the company.
- Develop, implement, maintain, evaluate and improve the quality system within the framework of the quality policy of the company.
- Manage quality processes in an effective and efficient way which includes supporting the integrated production teams with all quality issues.
- Identify, define, document, implement and assess the processes / procedures needed for the quality management system.
- Perform internal quality system / process audits and provide quality assurance evidence that quality and system conform to customer requirement.
- Contribute to the quality system improvement, including the documents periodically review, update and the system implementing.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years' working experience, preferably in engineering / manufacturing related company.
- Independent, committed and good communication / PR skill.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
