Production Supervisor
(Johor - Kulai)
Responsibilities:
- To lead and supervise workforce to produce targeted output
- To report to factory manager all non-conformances, downtime and preventive action taken
- To update production reports on time
- To maintain production schedules and supervise the production in line allocated
- Direct, control and motivate production staff
- To provie timely production and other performance related reports to the superior as required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kulai.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
