Production Superintendent (Assembly)

Responsibilities:

Lead a group of supervisors in daily assembly production.

Maintain production schedules and supervise the production in line(s) allocated.

Ensure production's quality and safety standard are complied with ISO standards.

Direct, control and motivate production staff in all.

Provide timely production and other performance in direct(s) report to the manager as per required.

Liases with quality assurance, maintenance and human resource departments on need basis to ensure operation always in smooth condition from its general admin and manpower status.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field. Required skill(s): Supervisory, 5s House Keeping, Assembly. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Full-Time positions available. Applicants must be able to work shift.
