Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer
(Johor - Port Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah)
Responsibilities:
(Equipment Engineering/Automation & Control/Project Engineering)
- Lead the execution of the order for both Customer and internal organization, playing a proactive role in problems prevention during the Project life cycle.
- Work closely with internal customers especially production, equipment engineering, process engineering team on supporting of Company’s goal on productivity and quality.
- Manage material shortage to site: ensure troubleshooting of equipment or project operational problems may arise with shortest possible time.
- Highlight potential areas of concern and promptly driving other departments in solving issues which could affect Project flawless execution.
- Support the Project Manager providing the latest status and forecast of the construction and supervision incurred and to go costs.
- Manage the company’s internal management systems, tools and processes necessary for tracking, planning and resolution of non – conformities.
- Represent the company in Project Kick-Off Meetings & Reviews.
- Provides guidance or training to Technicians, Assistant Engineer or colleagues.
- Oversee to the upgrading of technical knowledge through reading or site review as opportunity.
- Responsible to review and draft on the Validation Master Plan, validation protocol and report for ISO 13485 requirement.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
- Competence skills and knowledge on molding machine, automation and control mainly on mechatronic.
- Effective communication skills, project and schedule management, problem solving of project 'roadblocks' and relationship development with key stakeholders.
- Candidates must have strong technical and project management background.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Port Tanjung Pelepas,Gelang Patah.
