FINANCE MANAGER
(Perak - Padang Rengas)
Responsibilities:
- Degree in Accounting / Professional Qualification in Accounting;
- Willing to work in a Manufacturing environment;
- To lead and manage the Finance Department to ensure the efficient, timely and cost effective management of the finance and accounting for the plant in accordance to the budget and business plan as well as to initiate and implement continual improvement plan;
- To plan and implement department’s manpower needs, action plan to meet the Company’s budget and business plan;
- To lead and monitor to ensure the efficient, prompt, timely and cost effective control of the finance and accounting of the plant in accordance to the Company’s budget, business plan and legal requirements;
- Innovative and creative, hands on, street smart, resourceful, self-motivated, action and achievement-oriented and able to work with minimum supervision;
- Good supervisory/management, planning, organizing and leadership skills;
- Good work commitment and ethics;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia and
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and computer literate
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Padang Rengas.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
