Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise and motivate a team of operators and line leaders to meet production target and quality standards
- Train production team for new products implementation
- Ensure operations are in accordance with work procedures
- Effective manpower planning to achieve labour efficiency & productivity
- Ensure operations are in accordance with work procedures safety and practices
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering related fields or equivalent with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in mass production environment.
- Able to work shift when needed.
- Able to work independently and possess high level of initiative.
