Research Manager
(Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for all research projects in Malaysia and overseas including:
- Seek for new research projects in private and government sectors.
- Generate research proposal with our advisors, investigators and doctors.
- In charge of research documentation, submission, approval, insurance etc.
- Manage research/trials throughout the lifecycle, ensure full compliance to protocol.
- Prepare and track required documentation.
- Generate detail clinical study reports.
- Develop solid relationship with doctors, nurses, CRC, medical centers and agencies.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, research write up and publication.
- Hiring/managing CRA, and consultant staff
Requirements:
- Must process at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in related field.
- At least 4 years of working experience in medical, biotech, pharmaceutical, research and/or project management field with proven track records.
- Possess solid knowledge of research management, research regulation and medical industry.
- Ideally with GCP certification.
- Able to work with and support doctors, nurses, patients, CRCs, hospital management and ethics authorities.
- Responsible, committed, initiative, and result oriented individual who take pride in his/her work.
- Superior command of English. Good communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation & overseas.
