A large and successful integrated Textile and Apparel Manufacturer (lingerie, underwear and smartwear) with factories in Shenzen, Shanghai & Beijing is looking for creative, dynamic and proactive people to help in the tremendous growth of the company. This position is to be based in China.
Factory Operational Manager
(China)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and overall operations of the factory.
- Direct and co-ordinate the activities of the total production function by maximizing output within the defined quality levels and forecast requirements at a minimum cost through effective utilization of resources.
- Further develop system, processes and procedures to drive quality, efficiency and productivity.
- Must be able to meet and understand customers quality requirement and dateline.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree or higher in Textile/Fashion Design & Production or equivalent.
- Proficiency in spoken & written Mandarin is an added advantage.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in senior management and supervisory level ( 5 years must be in the textile & apparel industry) is required for this position.
- Applicants with experience working in foreign country is highly valued.
- Applicants must be willing to work in China.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Must have profound knowledge in writen and spoken Mandarin and English.
