In line with our expansion, we are looking for a suitable candidates for the following position in our Vietnam Subsidiary (Santomas Vietnam JSC) which is located in Thang Long Industrial Park, Hanoi City :
Moulding Engineers
(Vietnam - Hanoi)
Responsibilities:
Daily Job Responsibilities :
- To conduct mould test and to check the tested part dimension specification;
- To identify part defect root couse (defect due to mould or resin material or moulding parameter);
- To prepare tested part quality specification data;
- To prepare work report;
- To clean and maintain injection machine and machine accessories.
Weekly Job Responsibilities :
- To conduct work review meeting with mould shop and engineering staff;
- To conduct injection machine operation training for other department employee
Monthly Job Responsibility :
- To submit work report to superior.
Working Condition :
- Working location : Hanoi, Vietnam and under the employment of Santomas Vietnam JSC;
- Applicable working rule : to observe Santomas Vietnam JSC in-house company work regulations;
- Transportation and accommodation : to be provided by Santomas Vietnam JSC;
- Personal income tax : to be paid by employee personally in Vietnam;
- Other benefit : Santomas Vietnam provides two commercial economic class return air-tickets from Hanoi to Kuala Lumpur and via versus for home country visit.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/ degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in injection moulding machine operation experience.
- Capable to set moulding parameter and able to do injection machine maintenance.
- Capable to do mould part dimensional checking and know how to use the measuring equipment as well as understand the injection part drawing.
- Understand the injection mould structure and mould shop machining experience is an advantage.
