Reporting to the Managing Consultant for Malaysia market, you will play an active leadership role in generating new business initiatives, owning the business plan and profitability, as well as demonstrating credibility with clients, who will value your counsel and commitment to results.

Requirements:
As a highly proactive achiever with 8 to 12 years of PR Agency experience, of which, at least 2 years is attained in the same capacity, you will possess a broad range of PR skills with proven campaign direction capability. As a skilled leader, you will assume ownership for account development and all phases of client services. You will have demonstrated ability to win and to drive new business, coach and supervise account teams on all aspects of strategic planning, budgeting and implementation. You will also be a team player with strong capability to motivate, inspire, delegate, empower and lead the account teams to consistently achieve clients’ ultimate satisfaction.
Well-developed media relations skills, exceptional communication (verbal and written), presentation and
project management skills, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of a broad range of industries such as
technology, corporate, consumer/lifestyle and/or healthcare are necessary, while social media knowledge and bi-lingual translation skills in English and Mandarin Chinese will be highly valued. It is vital that you possess the ability to multi-task and work under pressure and against deadlines, and still keep a team motivated.
In addition to these requirements, we are looking for a self-starter who wants to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing entrepreneurial environment. We will look particularly closely at candidates who possess unrelenting enthusiasm, passion, ambition and proven people management and leadership qualities.
