Teledirect provides outsourced call-centre services to the largest multinationals in the finance, telecommunications and IT sectors. Our other offices in the region are located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Jakarta. Our call centre employs around 350 staff and to aid our expansion, we are looking for individuals with initiative and drive to join our team in our Kuala Lumpur office.
Business Analyst
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Provide recommendation on sales performance, scorecards and incentives
- Analyze inside sales volume/revenue and key performance indicators
- Manage sales acitvity list
- Manage and analyse monthly contact center performance reports for the management team
- Communicate reports i.e. sales performance reports and trends to all employees within the team
- Recommed sales promotion and marketing campaigns to win business and maintain customer loyalty
- To preform adhoc administrative duties and maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree /Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must be well verse with Microsoft Access and Excel applications
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Actuarial Science/Statistics or equivalent
