Responsibilities:
- Leading the mechanical design team for product design and development using 3D Cad software and other simulation tools.
- Hands on mechanical piece part design, process and tooling verification.
- Planning and Implement products and processes improvement quarterly.
- Coordinate new design activities, FMEA and scheduling.
- Communicate with customer for specification, evaluate design feasibility and provide technical expertise to meet customer's request.
- Promote positive team work spirit and industrial harmony in the company.
- Supervise and lead the mechanical engineers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Previous experience and knowledge in equipment design with Solid works is a must.
- At least 6-7 year(s) of working experience in automated machine design or equivalent field.
- Good project management and analytical skills.
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work for long hours.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, organising and communication skills.
- Good communication skills, motivated, self-directed and able to work effectively both independently or in a team.
