MECHANICAL MANAGER
(Perak - Padang Rengas)
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with working experience in Heavy Industries;
- More than 10 years working experience;
- Willing to work in a Manufacturing environment;
- To lead, manage and be accountable for the Mechanical Maintenance Department to ensure the stable, safe, reliable and efficient plant maintenance operation for a smooth operation of the plant;
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
- Innovative and creative, hands on, street smart, resourceful, self-motivated, action and achievement-oriented and able to work with minimum supervision;
- Good supervisory/management, planning, organizing and leadership skills;
- Good work commitment and ethics;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia and
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and computer literate
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Padang Rengas.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
