General Manager
(Melaka)
Responsibilities:
- To assist Managing Director in overall planning, implementation and management of the company's existing and future projects.
- To maintain close and effective liaison with external parties (clients, local authorities, consultants) to resolve technical / operation problems.
- To review, identify and initiate implementations to ensure all staff operating with full efficiency and effectiveness.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent or professional qualification such as ACCA or MIA.
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing environment required for this position.
- Able to implement and administrate the Manufacturing policies and procedures to all sectors.
- Has strong management and good decision-making skills.
- Able to lead and manage team to achieve company's goal.
- Good communication and networking skills.
